On March 1, 2025, the "Heilongjiang Agricultural Trustworthy Data Space Ecosystem Co-building and Data Element Application Conference," jointly organized by Harbin Engineering University and Northeast Agricultural University, was successfully held at the Sunshine Hall of the Qihang Activities Center, Harbin Engineering University. The conference brought together experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, and enterprises, including Harbin Engineering University, Northeast Agricultural University, China Unicom (Heilongjiang) Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Post Yitong Information Network Co., Ltd., JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd., and China Tower Corporation.

The conference officially kicked off at 9:00 a.m. Following the opening ceremony, the Heilongjiang Provincial Data Bureau and Harbin Engineering University held a signing ceremony, marking the official launch of their in-depth cooperation in the data field. Subsequently, the conference featured signing ceremonies for data industry ecosystem construction partnerships, including strategic data element cooperation and agricultural trustworthy data space project cooperation. Additionally, the launch ceremonies for the Construction of the Heilongjiang Provincial Data Resource Productization and Industrial Technology Engineering Center and the establishment of the Agricultural Trustworthy Data Space Professional Committee under the Heilongjiang Provincial Smart Agriculture Development Promotion Association were held. After the ceremonies, experts and scholars from universities and research institutions delivered special reports on the construction and application of agricultural trustworthy data spaces.

Professor Ding Wei, Hou Bowen, Zhao Yan, and Huang Zhenyu from our school, along with part-time law tutor Guo Qiang, a lawyer from Deheheng Law Firm, were invited to attend the conference and actively participated in discussions and exchanges on relevant topics. The successful hosting of this conference provided a vital platform for the ecosystem construction and data element application of Heilongjiang's agricultural trustworthy data space and infused new momentum into promoting the high-quality development of smart agriculture in our province.
